Regent Honeyeaters

Imagine the huge flocks that once roamed the treetops on the Dividing Range up and down the length of Eastern Australia now reduced to the near extinct species that it is today. That's motivation to paint, happily I'm not the only one, like Taronga zoo has a famous program for reintroducing the Regents back into liveable habitat.
